Orientation and Introduction meeting was held for the first year students of our department.

Welcoming a brand-new cohort of aspiring professionals to campus, the Department of Maritime Business Management successfully organized an engaging and detailed orientation program for first-year students joining the department at the opening of the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

Designed to facilitate a smooth and confident transition into university life, the comprehensive session brought together department faculty members and incoming students. During the program, academic advisors and department leaders provided in-depth presentations covering a wide range of essential topics, including the department's academic structure, core curriculum plans, mandatory and elective internship pathways, international mobility opportunities such as Erasmus, and the advantages of pursuing Double Major (ÇAP) and Minor programs. Additionally, students were informed about the university's quality assurance and accreditation (KAP) processes, emphasizing their vital role as active stakeholders in the department's continuous improvement.

The informative gathering concluded with a lively question-and-answer session, allowing new students to clear up any uncertainties, connect with their peers, and step into their academic journey feeling fully supported and well-prepared.
