Dear Students, Esteemed Academic and Administrative Staff,

Our oceans and seas are indispensable components of the global economy and ecosystems. Therefore, reshaping the maritime industry in line with the principles of sustainability is of great importance for both economic development and environmental protection.

 

Sustainable blue economy aims to utilize marine and ocean resources within the framework of economic, social, and environmental sustainability principles. In this context, it is extremely important to promote environmentally friendly practices in the maritime sector through the use of innovative technologies and green energy sources. As an institution providing maritime education, we carry a great responsibility to instill this awareness in our students and to educate them as the future leaders of the industry.

 

At Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University’s Maritime Faculty, we take pride in our state-of-the-art technical infrastructure and our team of expert maritime academics. This strong foundation enables us to offer our students an internationally recognized education, equipping them to become successful professionals in the global maritime industry.
