Faculty Conducts Green Port-Focused Site Visit to Asyaport

As part of a TÜBİTAK-supported research project conducted by our Faculty, a site visit to ASYAPORT was carried out on Friday.

The visit was conducted by the research team consisting of Assist. Prof. Ramazan Özkan YILDIZ, Head of the Department of Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering, Faculty of Maritime; Assist. Prof. Mehmet Serdar ÇELİK, faculty member of the Department of Maritime Business Administration, Faculty of Maritime; and Assist. Prof. Elif KOÇ, faculty member of the Department of International Trade and Logistics, Ömer Seyfettin Faculty of Applied Sciences.

During the visit, meetings were held with Besim Dönmez, Technical Manager, and Buse Dölarslan, Senior Strategy and Business Development Specialist. The team also conducted on-site examinations of ASYAPORT's sustainability initiatives and green port transformation practices within the scope of the research project.
