Quality Policy

1-) To ensure that the academic and administrative staff working in our Faculty understand our core values, vision, and mission, and carry out all their duties and responsibilities in alignment with them.

2-) To maintain our activities in harmony with all our stakeholders (academic and administrative staff, students, parents, graduates, the business world, non-governmental organizations, the people of Bandırma, etc.), meeting their expectations and prioritizing their satisfaction, while conducting regular measurements and producing solutions to increase this satisfaction and loyalty.

3-) To ensure that our Faculty's quality management system is documented and certified in accordance with the requirements of the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard, and to ensure the continuous improvement and sustainability of the system.

4-) To increase the effectiveness of all our processes within the framework of a continuous improvement philosophy, while ensuring the participation of relevant stakeholder groups, in order to compete with maritime faculties and departments of universities both domestically and internationally.

5-) To develop our education, training, and R&D processes with the support of science and technology.

6-) To establish the physical infrastructure necessary to effectively carry out joint activities with all our stakeholders.

7-) To organize regular training activities to increase the competencies of our academic and administrative staff and to develop their creative and innovative aspects.

8-) To adopt a quality-oriented, effective, and competent management approach, based on relationship management that targets internal stakeholders with a strong sense of institutional belonging and external stakeholders with developed loyalty.

9-) To strengthen our Faculty's relations with its environment and fulfill its social responsibilities through various projects and activities in which we will be involved.

10-) To achieve the vision, mission, ethical values, strategic aims, and objectives of our University and our Faculty.

11-) To continue our activities in the light of contemporary science, adhering to ethical values.
